Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital invites eligible and competent consulting firms to
submit sealed technical and financial proposals for the underlisted Request for Proposals (RFPs). Interested
consultants must meet the specified eligibility criteria and comply with the RFP requirements, procurement
laws, submission guidelines, and stated timelines.

    • MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
    Interested bidders must provide:
    1. Valid Certificate of Registration of the Firm.
    2. Valid Single Business Permit.
    3. Valid Certificate from the Relevant Regulatory Body (where applicable).
    4. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
    5. Sanctity of the tender document
    6. Tender Security equivalent to KSH. 1,000,000 from a PPRA approved insurance or bank.
    7. Any other requirement specified in the Tender Document.

    The financial proposal must be inclusive of all applicable taxes including 16% VAT, 0.03% PPRA
    Levy, and all other applicable charges, and the proposal shall remain valid for a period of one hundred
    and twenty (120) days     from the tender closing date; completed tender documents, enclosed in plain
    sealed envelopes clearly indicating the Tender Number and bearing no indication of the tenderer, should be
    addressed to the undersigned as specified in the tender document.

     Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Administration Block of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital on or before Wednesday, 18th March 2026 at 2:00 p.m., and will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives who choose to attend; detailed tender documents may be downloaded from the Hospital’s official website www.jootrh.go.ke or from the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke.
