Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital invites competent Contractors/Suppliers and Service Providers for the Registration of Supply and Delivery of Goods, Works and Services.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ABOVE TENDERS
1) Provide Valid Certificates Of Registration Of The Firm.
2) Provide Valid Single Business Permit.
3) Provide Valid Certificate Of Regulatory Body Where Applicable.
4) Provide Valid Tax Compliance
5) Provide Bank Statements
6) For Special Group To Provide Valid AGPO Certificate.

NOTE: – the schedule of requirements document for respective tender [in MS EXCEL format] must be filled without altering the format, burned on CD/DVD/FLASH DISK, labelled properly and enclosed in package containing 1 hardcopies and soft of completed tender documents.
Prices quoted must be net, inclusive of 16%VAT and 0.03% PPRA levy, profit and other charges and must remain valid for 90 days form the closing date of the tenders. Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes indicating the tender number ……’ and bearing NO indication of the tenderer should be addressed to;
