By submitting feedback, you agree to the following:
- Respectful Language: Abusive, vulgar, hateful, discriminatory, or threatening language is strictly prohibited. Submissions containing such language will be automatically rejected and may result in permanent blocking.
- Truthful Information: You agree that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Knowingly submitting false or misleading information may constitute a violation of hospital policy.
- No Spam or Flooding: Submitting repetitive, promotional, or irrelevant content is not permitted and will be removed without notice.
- Privacy & Confidentiality: Do not include personal identifying information of third parties (e.g., patient names, medical record numbers) unless explicitly necessary for your report.
- Traceability Notice: For the purposes of accountability and follow-up, the hospital may collect your IP address, device information, and browser metadata. This data is stored securely and used only for moderation and investigation purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
- Corruption Reports: Corruption reports are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. However, knowingly filing a false corruption report is an offense and may result in legal action.
- Moderation: All submissions are subject to review by designated officers before appearing publicly. The hospital reserves the right to edit, hide, or remove any content that violates these terms.
Important: Anonymous submissions are still subject to traceability via IP and device metadata as outlined above. Misuse of this platform may result in legal action.
