Following the elevation of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital (JOOTRH) to a national parastatal. The Ministry of Health has drafted the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital Order, 2025 and the accompanying Draft Regulatory Impact Statement.
To this end, members of the public and all stakeholders are invited to a Public Participation Forum to give their views, comments, and input.
