The Nursing Department is headed by the Director of Nursing Services Mrs Teresa Okiri and the Deputy Director of Nursing Services Mrs Margret Kathanje who aids with the weekly allocations of nurses to various departments in the hospital.

Duties and Responsibilities of Director and Deputy Director Nursing
- Coordination of nursing services
- Briefing the CEO on general patient care daily
- Collaborate on the delivery of care with other health professionals.
- Rational allocation of nursing staff in all departments.
- Budgeting and procurement of non-pharmaceuticals, patient linen and basic nursing equipment.
- Chairs catering committee to oversee nutritional services.
- Support Supervision.
- Any other duties allocated.
- Executive committee member(participates in budgeting exercise).
- Coordinates mortality Audits.
